Akreditasi
Mechanical Engineering Department (MED) Politeknik Negeri Jakarta has been accredited by national accreditation institution. This independent accreditation institution ensures that academic activity in Dept. of ME is run with high quality and integrity so that MED could graduate a highly competitive and highly integrity graduation who can compete globally. This accreditation also ensures that the research is MED gives positive impact to society.
Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT)
BAN-PT (National Accreditation Agency of Higher Education) is the only accreditation institution who has official mandatory from Ministry of Research, Technology, and higher education of Republic of Indonesia in order to increase the quality of higher education, introduce the new paradigm in organizing higher education, increasing relevance, academic atmosphere, institution organization, efficiency and sustainability of higher education.
More than 50% of our undergraduate/diploma program in MED receives grade “B” accreditation and 1 Study Program (D3 - Mechanical Engineering) receives "A" accreditation (The highest rank of institutional accreditation) based on BAN-PT accreditation in 2016. The next accreditation process will be held in 2021.
